Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We stand behind every piece we create. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. That said, all returns must meet the guidelines below.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email ikonicwear2@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Ikonic Wear is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items

Sizing Responsibility

Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

If you’re unsure about the fit, we recommend reaching out before ordering. We are not responsible for returns based on sizing issues.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact ikonicwear2@gmail.com.

Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU regulations. Items must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.
